**How do I use the calendar functionality in the Dusk FSM App?**

Calendar Jobs are listed sequentially and contain the following information at the job summary level:

**Reference** - This is a dynamic field that can be defined on the backend or left blank for an auto generated value based on the most meaningful information for your business. There is a unique ID that sits behind the job, so this field can also be repeated without causing data issues.

**Date & Time** - This is the Start Date and Start Time of the Task or Job

**Status** - This is a coloured field for easy identification and is automatically updated to the Dusk FSM web console for updates to the Planners and Schedulers based on the app status selection. The available Dusk FSM App statuses are:

- **Scheduled** (yellow) - task can be viewed but not started - useful for showing when app users will be required for work
- **Dispatched** (grey) - task is ready to be started
- **Acknowledged** (light blue) - task has been Acknowledged - this status is required to start the Daily Log capture on the first job of the day
- **En Route** (purple) - Dusk FSM user is on the way to the task
- **In Progress** (dark blue) - task is underway
- **On Hold** (light red) - this can be used if another task needs to be started
- **Unable to Complete** - a reason is required for this status change and could include materials not being available, customer not home etc.
- **Rejected** (dark red) - this is used in the event that a task cannot be undertaken and requires a reason. Examples could include running out of time in the day.

**Address** - Where the task is required to be completed
