## ❓ What large volume job functionality is available in Dusk FSM?
If your business schedules the same types of jobs across multiple sites — like store visits, contract work, or repeat services — you can use Job Baskets to automate and scale your scheduling.

Job Baskets allow you to create hundreds of jobs in seconds and assign them to the right staff, store, or location — either manually or automatically.

## 🛠️ First-Time Setup (Admin Only)
To enable Job Baskets:

Go to Settings → System Settings → Job Settings

Scroll to Additional Settings

Under Basket Configuration, set:

Associated To – e.g. Client, Store, Asset

Location Form – a form that defines the place where the job will be done (like a store)

## 🧾 How Job Baskets Work
Each Basket includes the following elements:

✅ You can create one-to-one relationships between Clients, Staff, and Stores to ensure correct job assignments.

## 🚀 Step-by-Step: Creating a Job Basket
1. Name the Basket
	Give your basket a name — e.g. “Victoria Weekly Store Visits”

2. Define Cycles

Click the ⚙️ cog icon

Add a Cycle Name (e.g. “Victoria”) and a duration in days (e.g. “7” for weekly)

3. Set the Start Date
	Choose the day to begin scheduling jobs for the cycle — e.g. 10/10/2025

4. Add a Job Template

Click Add Job Template

Fill in: Template Name, Reference ID, Priority, Time, Job Type

Optionally add: Category, Skills Required, Description

5. Drag the Job Template
	Drag it from the left panel onto the appropriate Cycle column

6. Assign Staff and Locations

Click on the Stores tab and select where the job should happen

Click on Staff to assign a resource to each job

7. Enable and Execute

Slide the Enabled toggle at the top

Click Execute Basket to immediately generate and dispatch the jobs

## 💡 Tips
- 🛠️ Edits made inside a Cycle only apply to that one use of the job template

- ✍️ Changes made in the left panel under Add Job Template update the Master Template
