## ❓ How do I use the Gantt view for jobs in Dusk FSM?
The Gantt View provides a visual timeline of all jobs by staff and day. It helps you schedule, monitor, and reassign jobs quickly with drag-and-drop simplicity and built-in filters.

###📋 Left Side: Resource & Timeline Navigation

## 🔧 Top Bar: Tools & Filters

| Item | Function |
| :------------ | :------------ |
| Staff Review Icon | Enable or disable a staff member with one click. Includes a search feature. |
| Crew Review Icon | Enable or disable a crew with one click. Includes search functionality. |
| Directional Arrows | Navigate forward or back by 1 day (in Day View) or 1 week (in Week View). |
| Current Date or Week | Displays the currently selected date or week at the center of the view. |
| Filters | Filter jobs by Staff, Client, Suburb, Priority, or Stage. A green dot appears when filters are active. Use "Clear Filters" or the “X” to remove them. |
| Status Buttons | Quickly filter by job status: In Progress, At Risk, Overdue, or In Jeopardy. Number badges show how many jobs match each status in view. |

## 🔄 Job Management on the Timeline
- Jobs are displayed in the appropriate day and time slot for each staff member.

- Click on a job to open a Job Summary pop-up:

- Go to Job opens the job details in a new browser tab

- 	Reschedule lets you:

- 		Choose a new resource manually

- Use the Dusk FSM AI Wand to recommend a replacement based on:

- Shift

- Skills

- Region

- Capacity

- If the job is in Scheduled status, click Dispatch Now to send it immediately to the field
