# 📅 Calendar View in Dusk FSM

The Calendar View provides a visual representation of your staff's schedules, allowing you to manage assignments and availability efficiently. By default, it displays a Month View, but you can switch between Month, Week, and Day views using the buttons at the top right.

Clicking on a specific day refreshes the staff list, updating their availability, job assignments, and skill availability for that date.

### 📍 Left Side: Resource & Timeline Navigation

| Section | Description |
| :------------ | :------------ |
| Staff List | Displays all staff members, their titles, photos (if available), and current assignments for the selected day. |
| Unassigned Staff Checkbox | Toggles the visibility of unassigned jobs. When checked, it shows available skills with a two-letter acronym and the number of available staff for each skill on the selected day. Hovering over the acronym reveals the full skill name. A numbered circle indicates how many staff are available for that skill. Unchecking the box displays assigned jobs and total time allocated per staff member. |
| Calendar View | Offers **Day**, **Week**, and **Month** views, switchable via the corresponding buttons above the staff list. |

| Item | Function |
| :------------ | :------------ |
| Staff Review Icon | Enables quick enable/disable of a staff member, including a search feature. |
| Crew Review Icon | Allows single-click enable/disable of a crew, with search functionality. |
| Directional Arrows | Navigate through the calendar by day, week, or month, depending on the selected view. |
| Current Date/Month | Displays the currently selected date or month at the center of the screen for easy reference. |
| Filters | Provides quick search options for jobs by Staff, Client, Suburb, Priority, or Stage. Active filters are indicated by a green dot. Use the "Clear Filters" button or the "X" to remove filters. |
| Status Buttons | Offers quick filtering of jobs by statuses such as In Progress, At Risk, Overdue, and In Jeopardy. Number badges display the count of jobs in each status within the current view. |

## 🔄 Job Management on the Calendar
- Jobs are displayed on their respective dates with colored bars indicating time and reference.

- Clicking on a job opens a pop-up with detailed information:

- Go to Job: Opens the job details in a new browser tab.

- Reschedule: Opens a dialog to select a different resource. The Dusk FSM AI Wand can recommend a replacement based on:

- Shift

- Skills

- Region

- Capacity

- Dispatch Now: If the job status is "Scheduled," this option sends the job directly to the field staff.

- Jobs are color-coded by type, and a white triangle indicates an Urgent job.
