## Does Dusk FSM have an AI Assistant?

1. Yes, Dusk FSM includes three powerful AI tools to support you:

* **Dusk AI Chat Assistant** – Available at the bottom-right of your screen inside the platform. Click the icon to open the assistant.

* Use pre-built prompts like “How to create a project?” or “What are the integration options?”

* Or, type your own prompt to find answers from across the Dusk FSM Help Center and product guidance.

* The assistant retains your conversation as you move between pages, so you don’t lose context.

* Use the eraser icon at the top of the chat window to clear the conversation when needed.

2. **Dusk FSM Custom GPT** – Available directly on [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/g/g-6873f2204ff8819196a6d1ec81c9f9e8-dusk-fsm-support-assistant "ChatGPT"), this tool is tailored specifically for Dusk FSM users.

* Ask in-depth or follow-up questions about Dusk FSM’s features, integrations, setup steps, and best practices.

* Ideal for users looking for quick support, feature walkthroughs, or integration advice, even outside the Dusk FSM platform.

3. **Dusk FSM Website Agent**

## How do I access help from within Dusk FSM?

Yes. At the top of each page in **Dusk FSM**, you’ll see a **Help icon ("?")**. Click it to open the **Dusk FSM Knowledge Base**, where you’ll be taken directly to the help articles related to that page.

## How do I walkthrough the Dusk FSM for Onboarding?

Navigate to the Help menu at the top, which is the life ring icon and then down to the Walk Me Through option.

From this menu, choose any of the tiles to explore those areas of the Dusk FSM in more detail.

These tiles provide walkthroughs and tool tips for direct access into the core capabilities of the Dusk FSM. These can be found on first sign up but also located on the “Help and Support” menu in the top right corner, the life ring icon.
