8. How to Assign Staff or Contractors in Dusk FSM

## 📌 Schedule work to people or crews in Dusk FSM.

### ✅ Step-by-Step: Assigning Work

Open the job from the Jobs list

- Scroll to the Staff section

- Click Assign

Select a:

- Staff member

- Contractor

- Crew

Selected Assignees will be automatically allocated

🛠 Once assigned, time is blocked against that Assignee to ensure no double booking occurs. The work can be Dispatched, Dispatched Later or just Scheduled. Scheduled will show as Read Only in the Technician's Mobile App but they won't be able to start the work until it is Dispatched.
