The Guided Setup Session is **$1,250 USD, one-time, paid upfront**. You purchase it inside your Dusk FSM account under **Billing**, then book your session time.

* Setup of 1 workflow (job type, form, statuses)
* Scheduling and dispatch basics configured
* Guidance on staff and customer setup
* Connector review (if needed)
* Go live checklist and recommended next steps
* Follow-up check to confirm you are on track

**Q: What’s the difference between Guided Setup and the Onboarding Pack?**
Guided Setup is a **one-time session** focused on getting a single workflow working correctly.
The Onboarding Pack is for **larger rollouts**, multiple workflows, team training, and broader implementation needs.

**Q: Can I buy Guided Setup on the Launch plan?**
Yes. Guided Setup is available for Launch customers and paid plans. It is designed for teams who want hands-on help setting up correctly.

Guided Setup is purchased upfront through Billing in your Dusk FSM account. For larger onboarding packages and annual plans, invoicing may be available.

**Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?**
Because Guided Setup includes preparation and delivery of a working setup, refunds are generally not offered once the session is completed. If we are unable to deliver the agreed setup outcome for the session, we will work with you to resolve it.
