**Q: What does a “connection” mean in the Dusk FSM pricing model?**
A connection refers to an integration with one external system such as HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Verizon Connect, Xero or Cumulocity. All plans include unlimited connections by default.

**Q: What is the Guided Setup Session?**
The Guided Setup Session is a paid, one-time working session designed to help you get your first Dusk FSM workflow live quickly. It focuses on one core workflow setup, including forms, statuses and scheduling basics.

**Q: How much is the Guided Setup Session and how do I purchase it?**
The Guided Setup Session is **$1,250 USD, one-time, paid upfront**. You can purchase it inside your Dusk FSM account under **Billing**, then book your session time.

**Q: What’s included in the Guided Setup Session?**
The session includes:

* Setup of one workflow including job type, form and statuses
* Scheduling and dispatch basics configured
* Guidance on staff and customer setup
* Connector review if required
* Go live checklist and recommended next steps
* Follow-up check to confirm you are on track

**Q: What’s the difference between Guided Setup and the Onboarding Pack?**
Guided Setup is a **single workflow working session** focused on getting one operational workflow configured correctly.

The Onboarding Pack is designed for **larger rollouts**, multiple workflows, structured team training and broader implementation support.

**Q: Can I buy Guided Setup on the Launch plan?**
Yes. Guided Setup is available for Launch customers and all paid plans. It is designed for teams that want hands-on assistance to configure Dusk FSM correctly from the start.

**Q: What happens after I purchase Guided Setup?**
After payment, you will:

1. Book your session time
2. Complete a short preparation brief
3. Join a focused working session aligned to your outcome
4. Receive follow-up confirmation and next steps

**Q: Can Guided Setup cover more than one workflow?**
Guided Setup is scoped to **one workflow per session**. If you need help setting up additional workflows, you can purchase another session or request an Onboarding Pack.

**Q: What happens if I reach the job limit on the Launch plan?**  
The Launch plan includes up to **25 completed jobs per month**.

If you reach that limit, you’ll need to upgrade to **Essentials** to continue completing more work during that billing cycle. Launch does **not** include overage billing.

For paid plans, additional completed jobs are billed at **$3 USD per job** on the Essentials Plan and **$4 USD per job** on the Growth Plan, at the end of the billing cycle.

**Q: Do you provide invoices for Guided Setup?**
Guided Setup is purchased upfront through Billing inside your Dusk FSM account. For larger onboarding packages and enterprise plans, invoicing may be available.

**Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?**
Because Guided Setup includes preparation and delivery of a working configuration session, refunds are generally not offered once the session has been completed. If we are unable to deliver the agreed outcome for the session, we will work with you to resolve it.
