## 👥 How Can I Quickly Access and Manage All Customer Information in Dusk FSM?

The **Customer module** in Dusk FSM provides a centralized, tab-based interface to **view, manage, and act on everything related to a customer**—from contact details and job history to assets, contracts, and inventory.

To begin, navigate to:

> **Operations → Customers**
> *(or use the shortcut sidebar icon if the menu is collapsed)*

Once you select or create a customer, a full set of **horizontal tabs** will appear, giving you quick access to customer-specific data.

This is the **main administrative screen**, showing:

* Contact information
* Billing details
* Assigned account owner
* Communication records

> 💡 The addresses shown here are linked and maintained via the **Addresses** tab.

### 💡 Tips and Tricks

Store useful, contextual information that both office-based and field-based staff can access. Examples include:

* Gate access codes
* Where to pick up or return keys
* Safety instructions or unique customer procedures

### 🧰 Jobs

A **prefiltered list of all Jobs** related to this customer. This enables faster filtering for:

* Job history
* Active work orders
* Recurring or project-based jobs

---

### 📍 Addresses

Maintain and manage all relevant addresses for the customer, including:

* **Billing Address**
* **Head Office**
* **Job Site Locations**
* **Warehouse or Delivery Points**

---

### 🏗️ Assets

If your customer has equipment or infrastructure you manage—such as:

* Utility poles
* HVAC units
* Valves or meters
  You’ll find them here.

Each asset includes job history and can have **new jobs created directly** from this screen.

### 📦 Inventory

View and manage **customer-specific inventory** that your team is responsible for. This is ideal for:

* Stocked parts
* Replacement items
* Serialized inventory linked to jobs or assets

---

### 📑 Sales Orders

Find all **financial documents** associated with the customer:

* **Quotes**
* **Invoices**
* **Purchase Orders**
* **Request for Quotations (RFQs)**

Everything is filtered by customer, so you have a complete commercial history in one view.

### 📄 Service Contracts

Manage all **active and historical service contracts** for your customer. From this tab, you can also:

* Create new service contracts
