## How Do I Add Staff to a Customer Address in Dusk FSM?

Dusk FSM allows you to associate one or more **Staff** with a Customer Address. This makes it easy to identify the people responsible for a particular site, communicate with them, and optionally provide access to the Dusk FSM Customer Portal.

For example, a customer may have several office locations, each with different site contacts responsible for requesting, coordinating or approving Work.
