# How to Create and Send Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Dusk FSM
📌 How to Create and Send Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Dusk FSM

Creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Dusk FSM helps you define expectations with your customers for different types of work. This guide walks you through setting up SLAs, attaching them to service contracts, and sending quotes.

## ✅ Step 1: Configure SLA Settings (One-Time Setup)
Before attaching an SLA to a customer, you’ll need to define your SLA rules.

Go to Admin → System Settings → General → SLA Settings

## ✅ Step 2: Create a Service Contract for a Customer
Navigate to Operations → Customers

Select an existing customer or click +Customer to create a new one

Open the Service Contracts tab

Click +Service Contract

Then complete the contract details:

✅ Click Save Contract when finished.

## 📤 Step 3: Send a Service Contract as a Quote
To generate and send a quote to your customer:

Tick the box to the left of the Service Contract

Click the diary icon (next to the +Service Contract button)

This creates a quote in the Sales Order area with all the contract details

You can then send the quote to your customer or sync it with your finance software

Once a Service Contract is approved, 5 action icons appear:
