## 📝 Forms Overview Dashboard

The **Forms Overview Dashboard** provides a real-time operational view of how forms are being used across your organisation.

Rather than focusing on individual form configuration, the dashboard highlights form usage, completion trends, field analytics, and recent activity, helping administrators understand how forms support field operations.

### 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard you'll find a collection of key metrics that provide an instant overview of form activity, including:

* Total Forms
* Forms Completed
* Work Forms Completed
* Standalone Forms Completed
* Web & Mobile Forms

Where historical data is available, trend indicators compare performance against the previous reporting period.

### 🚨 Needs Attention

The **Needs Attention** panel automatically highlights issues that may require administrative action.

Examples include:

* Forms with no completions during the selected period
* Forms restricted to inactive Roles
* Required fields with missing default values
* Forms that haven't been used recently

Selecting **Resolve Now** allows you to investigate and address the highlighted items.

### 📈 Form Usage Over Time

The **Form Usage Over Time** chart shows the number of forms completed during the selected reporting period.

Completions are separated into:

* **Work Forms Completed** – Forms completed as part of scheduled Work or a Service Request.
* **Standalone Forms Completed** – Forms completed independently of scheduled Work.

Use the Day, Week and Month options to change the reporting interval and identify usage trends over time.

### 📋 Form Performance

The **Form Performance** table highlights your most frequently used forms and includes:

* Number of completions
* Whether the form is used on Jobs
* Whether it can be completed as a Standalone Form
* The delivery channel (App Only, Web Only or Mixed)
* A shortcut to view the selected form

This makes it easy to identify your most actively used forms and understand how they are being completed.

### 📊 Field Analytics

The **Field Analytics** panel allows you to analyse response distribution for supported form fields.

Simply select a field to view how responses have been distributed across submitted forms.

This helps you:

* Identify common responses
* Detect trends and anomalies
* Review operational data captured in the field
* Understand how specific form fields are being used

The total number of submitted responses is also displayed for additional context.

### ✅ Recently Completed Forms

The **Recently Completed Forms** panel provides a live view of recent form submissions across your organisation.

For each submission you can see:

* Form Name
* Submission Type (Job or Standalone)
* Customer
* User
* Completion time
* Quick access to view the submission

This provides administrators with a simple audit trail of recent form activity.
