Dusk FSM AI Assistant Terms and Conditions

By using the Dusk AI Assistant (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before interacting with the AI Assistant.

##### 1. Service Overview
Dusk AI Assistant is an interactive tool designed to provide information about the Dusk Field Service Management (FSM) platform. The Assistant can answer your questions, assist with platform features, and accept feedback regarding its responses. Additionally, for more accurate and readable responses, the Dusk AI Assistant utilizes OpenAI’s language models to enhance the quality of information provided.

##### 2. Data Collection and Use
When you interact with the Dusk AI Assistant, the following types of data are collected and used:

•	Chat History: We save the content of your conversations with the Dusk AI Assistant, including questions, queries, or commands you input.

•	Feedback: If you provide feedback on the AI's responses (such as indicating whether the response was helpful or not), we save that feedback.

•	Third-Party Processing: Dusk AI Assistant integrates with OpenAI for natural language processing to provide you with more accurate and readable information. During this process, portions of your chat interactions may be transmitted to OpenAI for analysis and response generation.

The data collected is used to:
•	Improve the accuracy and quality of responses provided by the Dusk AI Assistant and OpenAI’s models.

•	Monitor and enhance the overall user experience with the Service.

##### 3. Consent to Data Processing
By using this Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your chat history and feedback for the purposes mentioned above, including the transmission of data to OpenAI for enhanced processing and response generation. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

##### 4. Anonymization and Data Security
•	All chat history and feedback are anonymized before being used to improve the AI models, ensuring that no personally identifiable information (PII) is associated with the data.

•	We take appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

•	OpenAI may also have its own privacy and security measures in place to protect the data processed on their platform.

##### 5. User Control Over Data
You have the right to:

•	Opt-out: You may choose not to provide feedback or discontinue further use of the Dusk AI Assistant at any time by ceasing to interact with it.

•	Request Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your chat history or feedback, you may do it from a platform.

##### 6. Third-Party Service (OpenAI)
•	The Dusk AI Assistant utilizes OpenAI for enhanced language processing and more accurate responses. OpenAI processes your input to generate responses, but it does not store or use your data beyond the interaction for which it was provided.

##### 7. Use of Service
•	You agree to use the Dusk AI Assistant responsibly. The Service is designed to assist with questions related to the Dusk FSM platform, and misuse of the Assistant (e.g., entering inappropriate or malicious content) is prohibited.

•	While we strive to ensure the Dusk AI Assistant provides accurate information, it is an automated tool and may not always provide fully accurate or complete information. Please verify any critical information through other means.

##### 8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via our platform. Continued use of the Service following the notification of changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

##### 9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Dusk AI Assistant or any decisions made based on its responses.
