One of these capabilities is **AI Quick Create Work**, which allows users to create Work using natural language through either a written or spoken prompt.

Dusk FSM AI interprets the prompt and attempts to match information including:

* Customer
* Work Type
* Staff
* Start and Due Dates
* Start and Due Times
* Priority
* Duration
* Category
* Reference
* Description

Before the Work is created, you can review the information identified by AI, complete any fields that could not be matched, and provide feedback where information has been interpreted incorrectly.

AI Quick Create Work is separate from the conversational **Dusk FSM AI Assistant** but forms part of the broader AI capabilities available within Dusk FSM.
