### **How do Forms and Templates work in the Dusk FSM mobile apps?**

Dusk FSM’s mobile apps allow field staff to fill out **Forms and Templates** in real time—whether they’re creating new jobs or updating existing ones. This is ideal for field data capture such as inspections, audits, sign-offs, and compliance records.

To make a form visible in the mobile app, you'll need to **enable mobile access** in the web console:

### ✅ **How to Enable a Form for Mobile Use**

1. Go to:
   **Operations → Forms → Form Builder**
2. Select the form you want to use in the app and open it.
3. In the **Settings tab**, locate the checkbox labeled:
   **“Show on mobile app”**
4. Tick this box and save your form settings.
