**How do I use the Calendar in the Dusk FSM Mobile App?**

The Dusk FSM App includes a powerful calendar feature that helps field staff and schedulers stay aligned. Jobs are listed sequentially in the calendar and include the following key details:

#### 🆔 Reference

This dynamic field can be pre-filled via backend configuration or left blank to auto-generate. While visible references may repeat, each job retains a unique backend identifier, ensuring data integrity.

#### 📅 Date & Time

Displays the task or job’s **Start Date** and **Start Time**, offering clear visibility into daily scheduling.

#### 🚦 Status

A colour-coded field indicating the current progress of the job. It automatically syncs to the Dusk FSM Web Console in real time for schedulers and planners to monitor. Status options include:

* **Scheduled** *(Yellow)* – Task is viewable but cannot be started yet.
* **Dispatched** *(Grey)* – Task is ready to be started.
* **Acknowledged** *(Light Blue)* – Staff has acknowledged the job. Required before starting the Daily Log for the first job of the day.
* **Start Travel** *(Purple)* – User is en route to the job site.
* **In Progress** *(Dark Blue)* – Work has commenced.
* **Put on Hold** *(Light Red)* – Work is paused temporarily, often to start a higher priority task.
* **Unable to Complete** *(Dark Red)* – Requires a reason (e.g., materials unavailable, customer not home).
* **Reject** *(Dark Red)* – Job cannot proceed and must include a reason (e.g., time constraints).
* **Waiting for Approval** *(Light Blue)* – Field-created jobs awaiting office approval before dispatch.

**Why don't I see all my jobs in the 'Work' section, even though the Calendar view shows more?**

The Calendar view in Dusk FSM is designed to show all jobs, including those that are Scheduled (but not yet Dispatched). This provides a full view of upcoming work for the week or month. However, the 'Work' tile is intentionally designed to display only the work for the current day that has not yet been completed. Completed jobs are hidden to keep the list clear and focused. This helps staff work through the list with the goal of completing all jobs by the end of the day.
