### **How do I complete a job in the Dusk FSM mobile app?**

Jobs are accessed from the **Jobs** tile on the Dusk FSM App dashboard. This module also supports **offline functionality**, so your team can continue working even without internet access.

Each job is listed sequentially and includes the following summary-level details:

### 🔹 Job Fields Explained

* **Reference**
  A dynamic field that can be auto-generated or defined via backend configuration. Repeating values are allowed, as each job has a unique internal ID.

* **Date & Time**
  Shows the **Start Date and Start Time** of the task or job.

* **Status**
  A color-coded field that reflects the job’s progress and automatically syncs with the Dusk FSM web console for real-time visibility by planners and schedulers.

Available statuses include:

* **Scheduled** *(yellow)* – Job is visible but not yet started
  * **Dispatched** *(grey)* – Ready to begin
  * **Acknowledged** *(light blue)* – Job has been acknowledged (required to start the Daily Log)
  * **Start Travel** *(purple)* – Technician is on the way
  * **In Progress** *(dark blue)* – Work is underway
  * **Put On Hold** *(light red)* – Paused temporarily, e.g., to start another task
  * **Unable to Complete** – Requires a reason (e.g., materials unavailable, customer not on-site)
  * **Rejected** *(dark red)* – Job was not undertaken; reason required (e.g., out of time)
  * **Waiting for Approval** *(Light Blue)* – Field-created jobs awaiting office approval before dispatch.

* **Address**
  The location where the job will be completed.

* **Customer**
  The customer’s name, either a person or company.

* **Phone**
  Customer contact number. Tap **“Details”** inside the job and select the number to **click-to-call** from your mobile device.
