### **How do I create jobs using the Dusk FSM mobile apps?**

The Dusk FSM mobile apps give your field teams the ability to create jobs directly in the field. This feature helps improve responsiveness, reduce admin delays, and streamline operational workflows.

Common use cases include:

* **Seasonal installations** (e.g., Christmas lights or decorations)
* **Temporary works** such as fencing or event site setup
* **Recurring services** with similar structures that need fast creation

This feature enables technicians and contractors to capture work requirements in real-time, minimizing manual entry and ensuring no job is missed.

### 📋 Steps to Create a Job

1. Open the Dusk FSM app and tap on the **Jobs** tile.
2. Tap the **three dots (⋮)** in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select **Create Job** from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter a **Reference ID** and complete all other relevant job details. Tap **Next** when done.

Once created, the job enters a **"Waiting for Approval"** status. It is then reviewed by the Dispatcher or Scheduler in the Dusk FSM web console. From there:

* The Dispatcher can **edit**, **assign**, or **approve** the job.
* Once approved, the job status is updated to **Dispatched**.
* If integrated with HubSpot, field-created jobs can also initiate downstream workflows such as **Quoting** or **Notifications**.

This end-to-end workflow ensures jobs created in the field are seamlessly integrated into your operational and CRM systems.
