In Dusk FSM, you can assign jobs directly to **vehicles** instead of staff, especially when those vehicles have defined **capacity limits**. This is useful for businesses managing liquid tankers, trailers, or any volume-based assets.

### ✅ Step-by-Step: Enable Vehicle Scheduling

To schedule work to a vehicle, follow these steps:

1. **Ensure the Vehicle Has a Capacity Set**
   When adding or editing a vehicle in the **Equipment module**, enter a capacity value. This enables volume-based scheduling.

2. **Activate Vehicle Scheduling in Settings**

* Go to **Work → Settings**
   * In the top-right box, click the **Truck icon**
   * When it turns green, vehicle scheduling is enabled

3. **Create a Work Item with Capacity**

* When creating a new job or work item, select a **Work Type** of `Capacity`
   * Enter the **volume value** for the job — this defines how much of the vehicle's capacity will be used

### 📆 View Vehicle Capacity in the Calendar

Once capacity scheduling is active:

* Go to the **Calendar View**
* Filter or scroll to your vehicle
* You'll see a **status bar** showing the utilized and remaining capacity for that day

This allows schedulers to quickly identify if additional work can be added to the same vehicle.
