When creating a job via the **+Job** screen:

4. **Warnings** appear for any staff out of shift — ensuring you don’t mistakenly assign unavailable resources

* Unassigned jobs are shown in a left-hand column

If a job is dropped outside of a staff’s availability or location, a confirmation appears before proceeding.
