## How to View Unassigned Work in Dusk FSM

Unassigned Work allows dispatchers, schedulers, and operations teams to review incoming Work before assigning it to field staff. Unassigned Work in the Dusk FSM is shown in pink. This can be pink pins, pink bars or pink labels based on where it is being viewed from in the platform or mobile apps.

Work may become Unassigned when:

* Work is automatically created from HubSpot Deals or Tickets
* Work is imported from another system
* Work is manually created without an Assignee
* Work is awaiting scheduling or dispatch

Dusk FSM provides several ways to view and manage Unassigned Work using the Work module and Field Service Management Dashboard.
