The Settings screen in the Work module helps you tailor job creation and field processes to your business. These settings simplify repeat work, reduce manual steps, and ensure consistency across teams.

### 📄 Templates
Use Templates to save time by reusing common project setups.

Create a template from any project by going to the Export menu and clicking Create Template

Launch a new project using the Rocket icon 🚀

This is perfect for projects that follow the same steps each time.

To use the Template, simply click the **Rocket** icon, which will launch your new project.

### ✅ Tasks
Tasks are simple checklists — great when you don’t need a full form.

Ideal for basic field activities like “tick all items completed”

Each task is like a checkbox your team can work through in the field

### 🧰 Readiness
Job Readiness lets you define what must be done before a job starts:

Example: Hire equipment, apply for permits, pick up signage

If enabled, the job won’t be dispatchable until these are completed

It’s optional — turn it on only if your workflow requires it.

### 🚀 Default Job Settings
Speed up job creation by defining your most common job type:

Set the default Job Form Type, Priority, Work Type, and Association

Then just click the 3 stacked boxes icon on the top bar to create a job instantly

This is perfect if you use the same job setup most of the time.

### ✉️ Edit Schedule Email Templates
Available on paid plans, this feature allows you to:

Customize the email sent to customers before a visit

Turn it on or off using the toggle button

This adds professionalism and transparency for your clients.

### 🏷️ Tag
Tags help you organize and find work faster.

Create a tag for multi-task jobs

Use it later to search for similar work quickly

Simple, but powerful for tracking grouped work.

### 🚩 Flag
Flags are field-visible indicators.

Configure flags to capture issues, special notes, or internal alerts

Field staff select them in the app when completing a job

You’ll see flagged jobs directly on the Work tab in the web interface

Example: “Job requires reinspection” or “Customer not home”
