## Automatically Create Field Work from HubSpot Tickets using Zapier and Dusk FSM

## How It Works

* **Trigger**: A New Ticket is created in HubSpot
* **Zapier Action**: Zapier detects the Ticket creation event
* **Dusk FSM Action**: A job is automatically created as **Unassigned**
* **Job Type**: Based on the Work Type field (Single Task or Multi Task), if configured
* **Dispatch**: Jobs are scheduled and dispatched from Dusk FSM

## Required HubSpot Settings in Dusk FSM

1. In Dusk FSM, open the **HubSpot Settings** screen

When enabled:

* New HubSpot Contacts are automatically created as Customers in Dusk FSM
* Work triggered from new Tickets can be created without manual Customer sync

3. Name the property **Work Type**
