## Automatically Create Jobs from HubSpot Deals

Use HubSpot Deal stage movements to automatically generate field jobs in Dusk FSM. When a Deal reaches a stage like **Closed Won**, Dusk FSM creates an unassigned job, ready for scheduling and dispatch.

## How It Works

- **Trigger**: A Deal moves to a designated stage (e.g. “Closed Won”)
- **Dusk FSM Action**: A job is created as “Unassigned”
- **Job Type**: Based on the Work Type field (Single Task or Multi Task)
- **Completion Sync**: Once the job is completed in Dusk FSM, the Deal stage can be automatically updated (e.g. to “Ready to Invoice”)

## Setting Up the Work Type Field in Deals

1. In HubSpot, go to any Deal and click **View all properties**
2. Click **Create a new property**
3. Name the property: **Work Type**
4. Add it to the default view
5. Set the type to **Dropdown Select**
6. Save

### Accepted values:
- `Single Task` → One-step job
- `Multi Task` → Multi-step project

## Configure Your Pipeline Stages

1. In Dusk FSM, open the **HubSpot Configuration** screen
2. Under **Deals**, choose:
   - A stage to trigger job creation (e.g. “Closed Won”)
   - A stage to reflect completion (e.g. “Ready to Invoice”)
3. Save your configuration

## How to Trigger Job Creation from HubSpot

There are two ways to initiate job creation from a Deal:

- **Drag and drop** the Deal card between stages in your pipeline
- **Edit the Deal Stage** directly from the Deal record view

Once moved, a job will be pushed into Dusk FSM and show up as **Unassigned**

- A sales rep closes a solar install deal
- The Deal is moved to **Closed Won**
- Dusk FSM creates a multi task project job
- Field team is dispatched
- Job completion syncs back to HubSpot as **Ready to Invoice**
