- **Step 1: Ticket Creation**  
   A customer logs a **new ticket** via HubSpot (e.g. support request, maintenance request).
- **Step 2: Automatic Job Creation**  
   When the HubSpot **Ticket Status** changes (e.g. set to **New**), Dusk FSM automatically creates a corresponding job.
- **Step 3: Scheduling & Dispatch**  
   The job appears as **“Unassigned”** in Dusk FSM and can be assigned and dispatched to the right field team.
- **Step 4: Completion & Sync Back**  
   Once the job is completed in Dusk FSM, the **HubSpot Ticket Status** is automatically updated to **Closed** (or your configured status).

#### 🔹 Single Task vs. Multi Task Job Creation (Optional - defaults to Single Task)

You can control the type of job created by adding a **custom field** in HubSpot called `Work Type`.  
This allows you to define whether the request creates a **simple one-step job** or a **multi-task project**.
