**A:** You need the **Dusk FSM Job Summary App Card** ✅

- **Job Type** and **Staff** are **auto-created** when you sign up for **Dusk FSM**.  
- Configure the **Dusk FSM HubSpot integration card** during setup.  
- Designed for **both Deals and Tickets** in **HubSpot Service Hub**.  
- **Work is automatically created** in Dusk FSM by:  
   - Changing **HubSpot Deal Stages**, or  
   - Changing **HubSpot Ticket Statuses**.  
- **Jobs can auto-close** back into **any Deal Stage or Ticket Status** within HubSpot — simply configure this on the **Dusk FSM HubSpot Settings** screen *(must be set up first)*.
