## How to Use Dusk FSM CRM App Cards in HubSpot

With Dusk FSM connected to HubSpot, you can assign and dispatch Work directly from within HubSpot using embedded CRM App Cards. These cards are available on **Deals**, **Tickets**, and **Help Desk** views.

## CRM App Cards Overview

Dusk FSM supports three App Cards in HubSpot:

* **Deal Card** – Used by sales teams to create and dispatch Work from Deals
* **Ticket Card** – Ideal for support and customer service teams managing service requests
* **Help Desk Card** – Provides real-time visibility of active Work and status updates

Each App Card displays within the HubSpot record sidebar and supports real-time synchronization with Dusk FSM.

## How to Enable App Cards in HubSpot

1. In HubSpot, click the **Settings** icon in the top-right corner
2. Navigate to **Integrations → Connected Apps**
3. Select **Dusk FSM – Service Excellence**
4. Open the **App Cards** tab
5. Select the card type:

* Deal
   * Ticket
   * Help Desk
6. Follow the setup instructions below

## Setting Up the Deal App Card

1. Open a HubSpot **Deal**
2. Click **Customize Record → Default View**
3. Add a new tab called **Dusk FSM**
4. Under **Add Cards**, select:

* **Dusk FSM Dispatch Card**
   * **Dusk FSM Work Summary Card**
5. Click **Save and Exit**

## Setting Up the Ticket App Card

1. Open a HubSpot **Ticket**
2. Click **Customize Record → Default View**
3. Add a new tab called **Dusk FSM**
4. Under **Add Cards**, select:

* **Dusk FSM Dispatch Card**
5. Click **Save and Exit**

## Setting Up the Help Desk Card

1. Navigate to **Workspaces → Help Desk** in HubSpot
2. Customize the right-hand sidebar
3. Add the **Dusk FSM Ticket Summary Card**
4. Save your layout

## What You Can Do With App Cards

* Create and dispatch Work directly from HubSpot
* Assign staff without leaving HubSpot
* View staff availability using skill, region, and location filters
* Schedule Work in real time
* View Work status updates directly within HubSpot
* Access completed forms and field data
* Log time against Work and synchronize it to Dusk FSM
* Improve collaboration between sales, customer service, dispatchers, and field teams

## When Should I Use CRM App Cards?

CRM App Cards are recommended when your team wants to create and dispatch Work directly from HubSpot.

Benefits include:

* No need to switch between HubSpot and Dusk FSM
* Faster dispatching and scheduling
* Real-time visibility of Work progress
* Better customer service and response times
* Reduced administration and duplicate data entry

For organizations that do not use CRM App Cards, Dusk FSM can also automatically create **Unassigned Work** when a Deal reaches a configured Deal Stage or a Ticket reaches a configured Ticket Status.
