## How to Use HubSpot Custom Properties on Customers in Dusk FSM

Dusk FSM allows HubSpot users to display **HubSpot Custom Properties** directly on Customer records.

This feature provides your operations, customer service, and field teams with visibility of important CRM information without needing to switch between HubSpot and Dusk FSM.

## Overview

HubSpot Custom Properties can be added to Customer records in Dusk FSM and displayed alongside standard Customer information.

Common examples include:

* Customer Segment
* Service Level
* Contract Type
* Account Manager
* Installation Type
* Preferred Contact Method

* Industry Classification
* Any custom Contact or Company property synchronized from HubSpot

Dusk FSM supports two types of customer fields:

These are created and managed directly within Dusk FSM.

## How to Add HubSpot Custom Properties to Customers

1. Navigate to **Customers**
2. Open any Customer record
3. Select the **Settings** tab
4. Open **Customer Custom Fields**
5. Under **HubSpot Attributes**, select the HubSpot property from the dropdown list
6. Click **Add**
7. Click **Save**

The selected HubSpot property will now be displayed on Customer records.
