## 🔗 How to Use QuickBooks Online with Dusk FSM

The **Dusk FSM + QuickBooks Online integration** enables seamless financial syncing between your operations and accounting workflows. From syncing clients and suppliers to sending invoices and purchase orders with GL codes, this integration eliminates manual duplication and ensures real-time accuracy.

## 🚀 What Can You Do with the Integration?

Once connected, you can:

* ✅ Sync **Customers** from QuickBooks Online to Dusk FSM Clients
* ✅ Sync **Suppliers** from QuickBooks Online to Dusk FSM Suppliers
* ✅ Sync **Products** to Dusk FSM Materials
* ✅ Send **Invoices** from Dusk FSM to QuickBooks Online with GL code selection
* ✅ Send **Purchase Orders** from Dusk FSM to QuickBooks Online with GL code selection

## 🧩 Initial Setup: Connecting QuickBooks Online in Dusk FSM

1. Go to **Admin → System Settings → General**
2. Click **New Integration** and select **QuickBooks Online**
3. Click **Connect**
4. Authorize Dusk FSM to access your QuickBooks Online account
   *(💡 Watch for a Captcha popup at the bottom of the screen)*
5. Once connected, test the integration. A green **Success** status should appear.

> If not, repeat Step 4 to confirm authorization.
   > Dusk FSM is not discoverable via the QuickBooks Online App Marketplace.

## 🔄 Data Sync Options and Settings

Navigate to:
**System Settings → General → QuickBooks Online**

### 👥 Clients

* **QuickBooks Online is the source of truth** – Prevents changes in Dusk FSM from overwriting QuickBooks records
* **Auto-synchronize** – Automatically syncs new customers from QuickBooks
* **Search and Sync** – Type to find a customer and press **Synchronize** or **Synchronize All**

### 🧾 Suppliers

* Same features as Clients, including source control and auto-sync

### 📦 Products (Materials)

* Same features as Clients/Suppliers
* **Note**: You must sync **at least one product** to activate this module

## 💼 Account Code Sync for Quotes & Invoices

Once your connection is established, you can sync **Account Codes** from QuickBooks Online:

1. Select the codes to appear in Dusk FSM for Quotes, Invoices, POs, and RFQs
2. Click **Sync Accounts** to pull these into your Dusk FSM interface

## 📤 Sending Sales Orders, POs, and Invoices

* Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices are created inside the **Work module**
* Once generated, they can be sent to QuickBooks Online with one click
* A **green icon** indicates successful sync
* Documents appear under Vendors or Invoices in your QuickBooks dashboard
