## Syncing HubSpot Products with Dusk FSM

You can sync Products from HubSpot into the **Materials** module in Dusk FSM. This enables you to associate products with jobs, quotes, and time logs — while maintaining consistency across sales and operations.

## Sync Options

When setting up the sync, you’ll be able to choose:

- **Sync Type**:
  - Sync one product
  - Sync many
  - Sync all
- **Sync Direction**:
  - Set HubSpot as the **source of truth** (changes update Dusk FSM)
  - Or set Dusk FSM as the source if you prefer to manage products from your FSM environment
- **Auto Sync**:
  - Optionally enable automatic syncing of new HubSpot Products into Dusk FSM

## Where Products Appear in Dusk FSM

Synced HubSpot Products appear in the **Materials** section of Dusk FSM.

To access:

1. Navigate to the left menu and select **Materials**
2. Use the filters or search bar to locate synced products
3. Click a product to view:
   - Name and description
   - Pricing details
   - SKU or item code
   - Custom fields (if mapped)

## Linking Products to Jobs and Quotes

Once Products are synced:

- You can attach them to Jobs for tracking field usage
- They can be included in Quotes generated in Dusk FSM
- Materials can be synced to finance platforms (e.g. QuickBooks or Xero)

🧠 Pro Tip: Use synced Products to calculate profitability on service work by combining labor time and material costs.
