## Using CRM App Cards in HubSpot

With Dusk FSM connected to HubSpot, you can assign and dispatch jobs directly from within HubSpot using embedded CRM App Cards. These cards are available on **Deals**, **Tickets**, and **Help Desk** views.

## CRM App Cards Overview

Dusk FSM supports three App Cards in HubSpot:

- **Deal Card** – Used by sales to dispatch work from closed deals
- **Ticket Card** – Ideal for support and service desk teams
- **Help Desk Card** – Provides real time status of active jobs

Each App Card displays within the HubSpot record sidebar and supports real-time sync.

## How to Enable App Cards in HubSpot

1. In HubSpot, click the **Settings** icon in the top right corner
2. Go to **Integrations → Connected Apps**
3. Select **Dusk FSM – Service Excellence**
4. Choose the **App Cards** tab
5. Select the card type:
   - Deal
   - Ticket
   - Help Desk
6. Follow the setup steps below for each type

## Setting Up the Deal App Card

1. Navigate to a HubSpot **Deal**
2. Click **Customize Record → Default View**
3. Add a new tab called **Dusk FSM**
4. Under **Add Cards**, select:
   - **Dusk FSM Dispatch Card**
   - **Dusk FSM Work Summary Card**
5. Click **Save and Exit**

## Setting Up the Ticket App Card

1. Navigate to a HubSpot **Ticket**
2. Click **Customize Record → Default View**
3. Add a new tab called **Dusk FSM**
4. Under **Add Cards**, select:
   - **Dusk FSM Dispatch Card**
5. Click **Save and Exit**

## Setting Up the Help Desk Card

1. Go to **Workspaces → Help Desk** in HubSpot
2. Customize the right-hand sidebar
3. Add the **Dusk FSM Ticket Summary Card**
4. Save your layout

## What You Can Do With App Cards

- Assign and dispatch work from HubSpot
- View staff availability with skill and location filters
- Track job status in real time
- Access completed forms inside HubSpot
- Log time directly on jobs and push it to Dusk FSM
