# 📌 Why Can’t I See HubSpot Custom Fields on Some Customers?

If you're expecting to see custom HubSpot fields at the Customer level in Dusk FSM but some Customers appear to be missing these fields, the most likely reason is that the Customer has not yet been synchronized with HubSpot.

### 🔍 How It Works
When you integrate Dusk FSM with HubSpot, additional fields—such as industry, lifecycle stage, or custom properties—can be made visible at the Customer level. These are pulled directly from HubSpot Custom Objects or Properties.

However, these additional fields will only appear if the Customer record in Dusk FSM has been successfully synchronized with HubSpot.

### ✅ Synchronized Customers
If a Customer is synced with HubSpot, you will:

See additional custom fields on the Customer record.

Be able to view and edit HubSpot-linked fields (based on permissions).

Benefit from real-time updates between Dusk FSM and HubSpot.

### ❌ Unsynchronized Customers
If a Customer is not synced with HubSpot:

You will not see any HubSpot-specific fields on the Customer record.

The record remains a Dusk FSM-only entity.

Custom fields will be hidden to avoid confusion or errors.

### 🔁 How to Sync a Customer with HubSpot
To ensure HubSpot fields appear:

Navigate to the desired Customer record in Dusk FSM.

Click “Synchronize with HubSpot” or check if it’s already linked (you may see a HubSpot icon or status indicator).

Once synchronization completes, refresh the Customer view. The additional fields should now appear.

Tip: For bulk syncing or automation setup, contact your system administrator or reach out to Dusk Support.

**Q: Can I see the HubSpot fields on a new Customer I just created in Dusk FSM?**
A: No. This is for HubSpot Contacts being synced with the Dusk FSM only.

**Q: Why don’t I see the HubSpot Refresh button?**
A: Your user role may not have permission to initiate synchronization. Please contact your admin.

**Q: Can I force all Customers to sync automatically?**
A: This depends on your integration settings. Your administrator can configure automatic sync rules or workflows.

**Q: How can I view multiple HubSpot contacts from the same company?**
In the HubSpot connector screen, each Contact must be individually synced from the Company record. They are then linked by their shared Company ID. When creating a new job in Dusk FSM, you can select the Customer and then choose the appropriate Contact associated with the Company.

**Q: What happens if a contact in HubSpot changes companies—can I preserve their history in Dusk FSM?**
Yes. The “unsync” a contact feature, preserves their job history in Dusk FSM even after they change companies in HubSpot. You can then sync their new company profile separately without losing historical data.

**Q: Can my field team create new jobs in the Dusk FSM mobile app and have them show up in HubSpot?**
Absolutely! Your field technicians can create new jobs directly from the Dusk FSM mobile app while out in the field. These jobs can then be pushed back into HubSpot as deals, so they can be quoted, scheduled, or followed up just like any other work item in your pipeline.

**Q: What pricing plan includes HubSpot integration for small teams?**
The Launch Plan supports up to 10 users and includes a single integration (e.g., HubSpot) at no cost. Add-ons such as additional connectors (e.g., QuickBooks Online), onboarding, or premium support incur extra fees.

**Q: Can I view completed job forms from within HubSpot?**
Yes. After a job is completed, HubSpot will show a link to view associated forms submitted by the technician. Files cannot be pushed into HubSpot directly due to API limitations but can be accessed via a clickable link.

**Q: How does the dispatch process work within HubSpot using Dusk FSM?**
You can dispatch directly from HubSpot via embedded dispatch cards in deals or tickets. Simply assign a staff member, configure job details, and click "Dispatch" to push the job directly to the technician’s mobile app.

**Q: How do I map HubSpot customer addresses to Dusk FSM's map view?**
When a HubSpot contact has a valid address, Dusk FSM pulls that address into the job and plots it on the map view for scheduling and navigation. Note that HubSpot doesn’t support geo-verification.

**Q: Does Dusk FSM support syncing custom objects and fields from HubSpot?**
Yes, Dusk FSM supports real-time syncing of HubSpot custom attributes. You can pull in any custom property from contacts, deals, or tickets and display it at the customer level in Dusk FSM or use it in forms. Note that this for Custom Attributes, fields are read only from HubSpot.

**Q: How can I sync HubSpot deals and tickets to automatically create jobs in Dusk FSM?**
Dusk FSM allows you to choose which deal stages or ticket statuses in HubSpot should trigger automatic job creation. You can enable auto-sync for contacts and set the desired deal stage (e.g., “Closed Won”) or ticket status (e.g., “New”) for job creation in the platform.
