The **Audit & History** screen in the Dusk FSM Optimizer provides a full log of all scheduling and optimization actions taken by users.

This includes staff assignment changes, optimization runs, technician updates, and job-level scheduling adjustments.

It is designed to give dispatchers and managers complete visibility into how the schedule was built and modified throughout the day.

### 🧭 Where to Find Audit & History  
Navigate to:

> **Admin → Optimization → Audit & History**

Under this tab, you’ll see a chronological list of all actions performed during schedule optimization.

### 📋 What You Can See in Audit & History

Each audit entry displays:

| Column | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| **Staff** | The technician or staff member involved in the action |
| **Work** | The job or work item affected (with clickable link) |
| **Action** | What occurred (e.g., *Added Staff*, *Added Technician*, *Optimised Job*) |
| **Date** | The exact timestamp of the event |
