### 👤 How to Add a New Staff Member or Contractor

To get started:

1. Log in to your Dusk FSM instance.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to **Settings → Personnel → Staff**.
3. Click the **+ Staff** button to open the setup form.
4. Complete the required fields:

* **Name**
   * **Email address**
   * **Phone number**
   * **Role** (e.g., Management, Scheduler, Field Technician)
   * Optional: assign **Skills**, **Region**, **Capacity**, or other attributes.
5. Choose access level (Web Portal and/or Mobile App).
6. Press **Save** to create the user record.

📬 The user access is Disabled by default. Move to the Staff Summary screen and toggle the switch to enable access. The user will receive an email with login instructions.

Once your team member is set up, you can:

* Edit their profile details (name, contact, access type).
* Activate or deactivate login credentials.
* Assign availability, shifts, and default settings used by the scheduler.
