The **Dusk FSM + QuickBooks Online** integration provides a robust, two-way connection between your field operations and accounting processes. With synchronized customers, suppliers, materials, invoices, and purchase orders, this integration reduces double entry, increases data accuracy, and accelerates billing cycles.

### 🚀 Key Capabilities of the Integration

* ✅ **Customer Sync**: QuickBooks Online customers sync into Dusk FSM
* ✅ **Supplier Sync**: Sync supplier records from QuickBooks Online into Dusk FSM
* ✅ **Product Sync**: QuickBooks products sync as materials within Dusk FSM
* ✅ **Invoice Sync**: Create invoices in Dusk FSM and push them into QuickBooks Online
* ✅ **Purchase Order Sync**: Draft POs in Dusk FSM and send them to QuickBooks Online

### 🛠️ How to Set Up the Integration

1. Go to **System Settings → General**
2. Select **New Integration** and choose **QuickBooks Online**
3. Click **Connect**
4. Authorize the Dusk FSM app to communicate with your QuickBooks Online account

> ⚠️ You may need to scroll in the popup to complete a Captcha
5. Once authorized, click **Test Connection**
   A green **Success** message will confirm the setup.

### ⚙️ Configure Sync Settings

Navigate to **System Settings → General → QuickBooks Online**
This section is divided into several configuration panels:

#### 👤 Customers

* **QuickBooks Online is the source of truth** – Prevents overwriting customer data in QBO
* **Autosynchronize** – Automatically pulls new customers from QBO into Dusk FSM
* **Search and Sync** – Search and sync individual customers or use **Synchronize All**

#### 🏢 Suppliers

* Settings mirror customer sync options
* **Search**, **sync**, and **autosync** for suppliers function similarly

#### 📦 Products (Materials)

* **Source of Truth** checkbox functions the same
* Autosync enables new QuickBooks products to appear as materials in Dusk FSM
* You must sync **at least one product** to use this feature

### 🧾 Syncing Account Codes

You can sync QuickBooks Online **Account Codes** to Dusk FSM, making them selectable in:

* Quotes
* Invoices
* Purchase Orders
* Requests for Quotations

**To do this:**

* Select the checkboxes next to the accounts you'd like to use
* Click **Sync Accounts**

### 📤 Sending Invoices & POs to QuickBooks Online

Within the **Sales Orders** module, any created:

* **Invoices**
* **Purchase Orders**

...can be sent directly to QuickBooks Online by clicking the **Send to QuickBooks** button. Once sent, a green icon will appear, indicating a successful sync. These documents then appear in the **Vendors** or **Invoices** sections within your QBO account.

> ⚠️ **Note**: Some limitations around tax calculation may apply; verify totals inside QuickBooks Online after syncing.
