**Q: How does time and attendance tracking work for field staff in the Dusk FSM?**  
Field technicians can clock in/out for the day or per Work, submit leave requests, and view Work history directly in the mobile app.

**Q: How do we capture billable time and rates?**  
Set each staff member’s hourly sell rate in Personnel → Staff. Use Timesheets to log time against a Customer → Work, choose Billable, and enter time in the format H and M, for example, 3H30M. Logged time flows to invoicing alongside materials and allocated Work time.

**Can I pull weekly technician time reports?**  
Yes. From the Reporting tab under Personnel, you can generate and export a CSV report showing technician hours per project for any chosen week or date range.

**Can field technicians clock in/out from their calendar?**  
Not directly. They must use the Time & Attendance tile to clock in/out or record time against assigned Work and/or tasks.

**Q: How do global user and local timezones work in Dusk FSM?**  
Dusk FSM supports global system timezones, user profile timezones, and local machine/browser timezones to ensure Work, scheduling, dispatching, and timesheets display correctly across different regions. Learn more here:
