## How Do I Export Time Sheet Data from Dusk FSM

Time Sheet data can be exported from **Personnel > Time Sheets** for reporting, payroll reconciliation, invoicing and further analysis. Apply the required filters before exporting to ensure the report contains the correct people and reporting period.

### Filter the Time Sheet Data

Before exporting:

1. Go to **Personnel > Time Sheets**.
2. Select the required date range.
3. Apply any relevant filters, such as Staff member, Contractor, Customer or Work.
4. Review the displayed entries to confirm that the correct data is included.

The filters applied to the Time Sheets screen determine which entries are included in the export.

### Export Time Sheet Data

To create an export:

1. Select the **Export** icon from the Time Sheets toolbar.
2. Choose the fields or reporting options you want to include.
3. Select the required export format, if prompted.
4. Select **Generate Report** or the relevant export action.
5. The exported file will download to your device.

### Export Time Sheets as a PDF

Use the PDF report when you need a formatted document that can be reviewed, shared or retained as a business record.

The PDF contains the Time Sheet information and reporting options selected before generating the report.

### Export Time Sheets to Excel

Use the Excel export when you need to:

* sort or analyse logged time;
* prepare payroll information;
* reconcile hours against Work or Projects;
* calculate totals;
* import the data into another system.

Apply the required filters in **Personnel > Time Sheets**, then use the available Excel export option to download the filtered data.

### Request a Custom Export

If the standard PDF or Excel exports do not contain the format or fields your organisation requires, contact the Dusk FSM Customer Success Team to discuss a custom report or integration.

Custom configuration may be required when exporting data for a payroll, finance or external reporting system.

#### Can I export Time Sheet data to Excel?
