### 📌 Overview

The **Technician Utilization** view in Dusk FSM helps you monitor how effectively your team is being scheduled and used. Available within the **Work** module, this view provides a month-by-month breakdown of each staff member’s workload.

It is commonly used by dispatchers, operations managers, and planners to balance capacity, prevent over-allocation, and identify available resources.

### 📅 Understanding the Utilization View

The Utilization tab displays a **monthly grid** for each staff member, showing how their time is allocated across the month.

A **color-coded legend** in the top-right corner explains utilization status at a glance:

- ⚪ **Available** — No planned or assigned Work
- 🔵 **Planned** — Work is scheduled but not yet completed
- 🟢 **Completed** — Work completed within the scheduled period
- 🔴 **Over Capacity** — Assigned Work exceeds available capacity

This makes it easy to identify:

- Staff with spare capacity
- Team members who are fully booked
- Overallocated days that may require rescheduling
