## What Does the Approve Widget Do in Dusk FSM? ✅

The **Approve Widget** in Dusk FSM is used when a decision must be approved by one or more **designated staff members** before the workflow can continue.

To use it, drag the Approve Widget into your flow, then:
- Select the **staff members** who need to approve.
- Choose the **approval type** (Sequential or Broadcast).

If all required approvals are granted, the workflow proceeds to **“Yes”**. If any required approval is denied, it moves to **“No.”**

## Approval Types in the Approve Widget

### Sequential Approval
Approval requests are sent **in the order you selected** the approvers.  
If one approver denies, the workflow immediately goes to **“No”** without contacting the remaining approvers.

### Broadcast Approval
Approval requests are sent to **all selected staff at once**.  
If any approver denies, the workflow moves to **“No.”**

## Must Be Approved
When **“Must be approved”** is ticked, the workflow only continues if **all selected approvers** approve.

## Also Send Message
When **“Also send message”** is ticked, you can send additional context to approvers:
- **Email** or **SMS** (SMS must be enabled)
- Include **dynamic fields** from the data source
- Explain the decision or provide instructions
